NOTICE OF VIRTUALSAFE SERVICE TERMINATION

Dear VirtualSAFE Subscriber,

THIS NOTICE CONTAINS IMPORTANT INFORMATION ABOUT YOUR VIRTUALSAFE ACCOUNT AND THE DATA STORED IN YOUR ACCOUNT.  PLEASE READ THIS NOTICE CAREFULLY.

With effect from 15 October 2021,  we will discontinue VirtualSAFE secure cloud storage service.

 

Please note the following important dates:

15 October 2021: No further renewals or purchase of storage
14 November 2021: VirtualSAFE service terminates and all data stored in the VirtualSAFE cloud will be removed.

Effective as of today, you will no longer be able to purchase storage or renew existing accounts.

 

Effective Sunday, 14 November 2021, the VirtualSAFE cloud service will terminate.

​

Please transfer the content out from your VirtualSAFE vault and safely back it up to your PC, Mac, external hard drive or another cloud storage provider.

 

Then proceed to uninstall VirtualSAFE client software from all your computers that have it installed.

 

After 14 November 2021, VirtualSAFE cloud sync operations will stop and you will no longer have access to your content stored on the cloud, which will be deleted.

 

Please use this time to back up the content stored in your VirtualSAFE vault and uninstall the software.
